鸡蛋(1个) 放在小平底锅里,装满水,加热煮沸。一旦水开了,关火,把锅放到未开火的灶上,盖上锅盖,设置计时器12分钟。

煮鸡蛋的同时,把 面包(1片) 放在烤面包机里,烤三分钟左右,直到它变得金黄酥脆。
步骤 3
用叉子把 鳄梨(1/2个) 捣碎,放在碗里。定时器响后,用凉水冲洗蛋壳,把鸡蛋剥壳和鳄梨一起放在碗里,用叉子捣碎。
步骤 4
当一切都混合好后,加入 粗盐(按需) ,涂在吐司上,再放上 细葱碎(适量)
