烤箱预热到180摄氏度,预热10分钟。

枣子(10个) 浸在水中泡一段时间。取出籽,和 香蕉(3个) 一起用搅拌器搅拌均匀,加入 燕麦(90克) 全麦面粉(60克) 葵花籽油(15毫升) 香草精(4克) 泡打粉(按需) 拌匀。
步骤 3
将这种混合物倒入杯状蛋糕模具中,并在上面撒上 腰果(适量) ,烤20分钟,从烤箱中取出。配上一杯茶或咖啡,冷热皆宜。
