烧烤酱(235克) 辣椒油(60毫升) 橙子皮(1块) 在一个13×9"或类似的烤盘里混合。

猪排(910克) 切成长条。将2-3片肉排串在 竹签(6根) ,把每根猪肉串浸入酱料中,旋转,让肉串均匀裹上酱料,用保鲜膜盖住,放入冰箱里腌3-6小时,或者腌制过夜。

预热烤架至华氏400度(204摄氏度)。
步骤 4
把烤串放在烤架上,去除腌料,烤至肉串两面都变色(每边约5分钟),保持至少350华氏度(176摄氏度)的温度,得到漂亮的烘烤痕。享用吧!
