墨西哥胡椒(2个) )去茎去籽,切成小片,加入中型锅中,中高温加热,放入 火鸡瘦肉(455克)
步骤 2
烹饪火鸡肉和辣椒,直到肉变色熟透,偶尔用木勺把肉切碎,烹饪大约15分钟。
步骤 3
加入罐装 罐装番茄(785克) 黑豆罐头(420克) 番茄酱(170克) 辣椒粉(5克) 食盐(3克) ,搅拌至混合。
步骤 4
煮沸,然后关小火保持文火慢炖(中低火),盖上锅盖,再煮30分钟,偶尔搅拌,装碗撒上 碎芝士(适量) ,上桌开动吧!
